First try at Nutro Natural Choice Venison Meal
The first time I tried to feed my dog the Nutro Natural Choice Venison Meal was a few weeks after she gave birth. She had been in a bad shape after having to feed seven puppies and she looked so drained, that's why I decided to switch to something more “natural”. According to the product description, it had limited ingredients which means that I had less to worry about what else they put there. To their defense, the main ingredients to this particular meal were venison meat, venison broth, and venison liver. Luckily, I had some coupons for dog food at hand because Nutro Natural Choice is a bit more pricey and I wasn't sure yet if my dog was going to eat it.Unfortunately, my dog was too much of a picky eater to agree to eat Nutro Natural Choice Venison Meal. All she did was sniff the dog food and went away. But what surprised me about the situation was that the puppies seemed to like the smell and they actually ate off the dinner I put on the bowl. It wasn't all gone, but I was surprised that it appealed to the puppies.
